Appetite

• Guest will be provided with champagne, and water right before the ceremony begins. During cocktail hour, trays of Hors D'Oeuvres from Walter Burkes Caters will be going around the guests, foods such as:  vegetarian hush puppies with smoked paprika aioli, Rosemary Parmesan twist, Chipotle Meat Balls with a Sage Cream Sauce, Honey Habanero Shrimp Wrapped in Smokey Bacon, Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, and etc.

• During the reception, guest will have the choice of selecting from five categories/menus: Poultry: Pan Seared Parmesan Chicken Breast with craisins or  Grilled Orange and leafy Herbed Chicken Glazed , Beef: Sliced Roast Beef Tenderloin or Petite Filet of Beef with Caramelized Onion, Pork: Asian Pork Fillet/Tenderloin with broccoli or Cranberry Glazed Pork Chops, Seafood: Baked Orange glazed Salmon Filet or Bacon wrapped Roasted Icelandic Cod Served, and Vegan dish: Spicy Creamy Kale Pasta or Red Lentil and Butternut Squash Burgers. All which includes a choice of salad or soup, and the house special dessert cakes: yellow with chocolate ganache flavor , red velvet with cream cheese, vanilla with vanilla flavord, or chocolate with chocolate ganache flavord.

• The bride and grooms wedding cake will be an eight tier false cake that stands covered in white 5,000 handmade sugar roses and peony flowers, with gold sequence. Guest will be given eight different flavored mini cake choices such as: Vanilla Bean, Red velvet, Strawberry Cream, Carrot Cake, Dark Chocolate Champige, Tramisu, Lemon, and Marble cake . Enough to feed the entire guest and wedding staff.
