The Essay
The perfect wedding vision of Dimitri and Stephanie will be a white fairytale garden wedding that will take place on June 7th, 2017 on a summer afternoon and night. In the states famous romantic setting at the Botanic Gardens in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 450 guests will be welcomed by ushers guiding them to the plaza where the ceremony will take place. Each guest will be issued the program for the wedding, and hand fans for the women all while listening to the welcoming sound of the orchestra band. Using a color palette of gold, cream, blush, white, and pink will fill the overall look of the wedding. The outdoor ceremony will feature two six foot white floral structured elephants with lines of pillars with statement center pieces containing hydrangeas, peonies, roses, and iris flowers along the aisle up to the circular large floral canopy gazebo; the main focal point of the wedding. With the tall green garland walls lining up on the outer side of the aisle, there will be Greek and Roman male and female statues in between to cast a enchanted fairytale garden like no one has ever seen before.

Dimitri and Stephanie wanted to take their love for nature, animals, fine dining and dressing up for fancy events and use it to make a memorable wedding where guests would feel like they walked into a high garden fairytale wedding with animals of all shape and sizes are present and in harmony. To enchant the atmosphere and mood of not only the ceremony but also the reception, there will be high white floral walls covered with thousands of blush, cream, and white roses and peonies flowers; along with high statement floral structures and centerpieces near the guest tables. With four large tents casted in the middle of the Botanic garden, there will be white Victorian furniture, statement pieces, and arrangements will be draped and roofed with white linen from the tent. To further enhance the look and feel of the fairytale garden, large crystal chandeliers with white iris flowers will drip over the whole entire space of the reception and a trail of candles lining a walkway from the reception area to the bridge; there will be candles floating on the lake to mirror the stars in the dark clear sky.

During the reception dinner, guest will be seated under tall white centerpieces, the focal point on every table, and with candles, crystal diamonds, and white rose petals scattered in between the fine gold china. The bride and groom will sit center stage with their bridesmaids and groomsmen and parents on either side of them. Everyone will be given a menu and selective choice of poultry, meat, fish and vegan food. For side snacks and dessert, guests will be given mini decorative cakes of three choices of flavors and have the privilege to head over to the snack and dessert table to take home or indulge in fruits, vegetables, cheese, candies, and other delicious pastries. Followed by the dinner, guest will stay on their feet dancing with a radiant DJ and kept entertained by heading to the photo booth and or socialize near the lake. Guest will also have the option of donating clothing items, food, or money at one of our booths to provide support for our homeless families in New Mexico; guest will know this due to the mention on the invitation.

As the night comes close to an end, guests will be lead outside to watch fireworks being set of in honor of the newlyweds and followed by the bride and groom leaving the reception with guest burning sparklers to wish farewell on their honeymoon. Guest will not leave empty handed. They will be gifted many wedding favors, and sweeties to remember this memorable wedding of this beautiful couple Mr. and Mrs. Petrov.
