Arrival

• Upon arrival to the wedding site, guests will be greeted by the valet parking attendants, and then companied by the bride and grooms ushers escorting them to the ceremonial area.

​

• Once inside the ceremony location guests will be greeted by another usher who will be standing in between two six foot floral structured white elephants and pillars with high statement centerpieces, and directed to a small table stand.

​

• Each guest will have the privilege of grabbing or issued by a server the wedding program, small champagne glass or bottled water,  and the women the options of a hand fan.  

​

• An orchestra band will be playing an inviting and soft beautiful piece  to entertain the guests while they wait for the ceremony to begin.
